The TRP Team

TRP Team - Sue Neff

Sue Neff

As a resident of the Plateau, Sue spent more than 30 years as a Landscape Architect involved in planning the Big South Fork National River and Recreation Area and, later, designing equestrian community master plans including layout and construction supervision of horse trail systems. She used her design expertise to assist others in their quest for their ideal property in this extraordinary landscape. Her in-depth attention to her real estate clients’ desires, combined with her long-standing knowledge of this region, provided invaluable insights for TRP customers.
Sue found a kindred spirit when she brought Stephanie Cross onboard at Tennessee Real Properties in 2019. While professionally mentoring Stephanie, their business relationship grew into a journey of a shared love of the land, horses, land development vision, and a deep and lasting friendship. Together they focused on the love and joy of the land, equine communities, and the desire to share that with others.
In 2021 Sue retired, handing off TRP to Stephanie Cross as the new Principal Broker of Tennessee Real Properties.  Sue and her husband, Brad, ride their Arabians, paddle their kayaks, and photograph the natural beauty of the Plateau and all that life continues to offer.

Stephanie Cross

Principal Broker
Originally from central Georgia,Stephanie welcomed the beautiful mountains of Tennessee into her heart and soul in 2010. Tennessee embraced her family as well. She may be biased, but Tennessee has SO MUCH to offer. The land and outdoors are a part of her and of her life.
As a wife and mother of three children and four horses, Stephanie continues to enjoy the sport of barrel racing and has competed for 26 years.  In 1999 she was Georgia State NBHA 2D Youth Champion (National Barrel Horse Association) and 2-time NBHA World Qualifier. As a family we enjoy shooting traditional archery with the TBG (Traditional Bow Hunters of GA). We find being outside is great for our insides!
What does all this mean in a real estate brokerage?
A passion for the LAND. Stephanie's passion for the land and the outdoors, combined with her experience with horses, provides clients with a unique, tailored approach to their land/farm real estate experience. Whether land and farm, residential or commercial, She works to leverage her talents, skills, and expertise to consistently provide clients with a highest level of concierge service possible.
And we have FUN with it. Her joy comes with seeing clients find their heartland.  Tell us your dreams and what would make your heartland. Together we can make it come true.

TRP Team - Kim Orr

Kim Orr

Where does the love of Tennessee land begin? As a real estate agent from Michigan, Kim's began with the search for my “heartland” in the Big South Fork area. She chose Stephanie as her personal realtor, and oh what a GREAT team they are!

As a real estate agent for Century 21 affiliated and Coldwell Banker Professionals in Michigan since 2017, Kim knows how to take care of her clients. As she and Stephanie became close friends, Kim obtained her broker license in Tennessee and joined the Tennessee Real Properties Team in 2021.
Kim absolutely loves it here. The adventures with her horse Rio seem endless in the Big South Fork wonderland! We think you will find this to be true for you, too!
Here at Tennessee Real Properties, we treat clients like family. An equestrian family!  Let us help you find your next dream home, or let us sell your current home, so you can go on your next adventure. We hope to hear from you soon!!! Happy trails!!!

I love sharing my passion for real estate as a full time professional Realtor. With experience, care, and diligence, I aim to help buyers and sellers reach their real estate goals. I will always be honest, ethical, and hard working to ensure my clients have a good experience. Whether it's a new home, first home, land, or selling your investment property, you can trust me to protect your interests and get the job done accurately and efficiently.

It was my love of home design and remodeling that led me to this career, so feel free to ask for advice on home staging as well. As my past clients know, I can definitely help get you the most money in the least amount of time when it comes to selling your property.

I have studied marketing and economics while obtaining a degree in Legal Administration, and had extensive Real Estate training, in addition to a wide variety of experience as a Realtor. I have also spent many years homeschooling my five children. Through this variety of experience, I know what it takes to help people reach their goals.

Together, let's go find your Heartland!
